Scrambled Eggs

When scrambling eggs, cooking on medium to high head and adding salt while eggs are raw will cause for dense, tough overcooked eggs.  Instead, cook on low heat and season with salt in the last minute of cooking, right before the eggs set.  This will guarantee soft, fluffy, perfect eggs every time!  Surely a crowd pleaser!!!
