Tired of the everyday, run-of-the-mill, boring pasta nights! Bland sauce, bland gummy noodles, bland BLAH! Well, Try This – Instead of buying store-bought pasta, try making your own. I know it sounds like it’s a daunting task and hours and hours in the kitchen, BUT, it’s totally not the case. Find a recipe that you can work with. With practice, it should only take you about 20 minutes of active prep time to make a beautiful dough. When you’ve had homemade pasta, you will never go back to the store-bought boxes of gummy noodles. Your life will be changed forever! Here’s the simple recipe I’ve used for the past 4 years:
Fail-Proof Pasta Dough
3 Cups of All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbs Water
2 Pinches of Salt
